In the morning, you’ll fly from Islamabad to Gilgit, surrounded by views of the mighty Karakoram. From Gilgit, a short drive brings you into Hunza Valley. Your first stop is Rakaposhi View Point, where the towering ice wall appears almost within reach. Later in the day, you’ll drive up to Duikar to watch the sunset, a moment Hunza is famous for. You’ll spend the night in Karimabad.

This day is dedicated to discovering Hunza’s cultural highlights. You’ll walk through Karimabad and visit Baltit Fort, a historic structure that reflects the royal traditions of the region. A short distance away is Altit Fort, one of the oldest settlements in Hunza. The nearby Royal Garden offers a peaceful space shaded by apricot and cherry trees. By afternoon, you’ll travel toward Passu Village, passing some of the most impressive views of the Karakoram.

Your trekking adventure begins early as you drive to Borith Lake. From here, you start a steady hike toward Passugar, following a scenic trail with open valley views. The route then leads you across the Passu Glacier a short technical section before reaching Luzdhur Camp. Surrounded by mountains, this remote campsite offers a quiet night in nature.

After breakfast at the campsite, you’ll begin the ascent to Patundas Meadows. The trail gradually opens into wide green slopes with sweeping views of the Passu Cones, Hunza Valley, and the glacier beneath you. Once at Patundas, the meadows feel like a natural balcony above the entire region. After spending time there, you’ll descend either back to Luzdhur or directly to Borith Lake before driving to Passu for the night.

The morning starts with a drive to Garelth Village, where the Baskochi trek begins. This trail offers clear views of Lady Finger Peak, Ultar Glacier, and the valley stretching below. You’ll have a simple packed lunch along the way. If the weather and time allow, you may also visit Hopper Glacier before heading toward Attabad Lake for the night.

This day is reserved for a full journey to Khunjerab Pass, the high border between Pakistan and China. Along the way, you’ll pass Attabad Lake, the Passu Cones, the glacier viewpoints, and the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge. By afternoon, you’ll reach the windswept pass surrounded by high-altitude scenery. You’ll return to Hunza in the evening.

You’ll begin early for a scenic drive toward Skardu, following the Indus River along the beautiful Jaglot–Skardu Road. By afternoon, you’ll reach the lakes of the Kachura region and visit Upper Kachura, Lower Kachura, and the well-known Shangrila Resort. The day ends with a peaceful night in Skardu.

This day takes you to the vast open plains of Deosai. Riding in a 4×4 jeep, you’ll cross Bara Pani and continue toward Sheosar Lake, surrounded by untouched high-altitude landscapes. With chances to spot wildlife and enjoy wide open views, Deosai offers a completely different side of northern Pakistan. You’ll return to Skardu for another comfortable night at your hotel.

After breakfast, you’ll head toward Hussainabad Village for a guided hike to Masroor Rock. The trail moves from green fields into a steeper rocky section, eventually opening to a sloped rock surface overlooking Skardu Valley. It’s a peaceful place to spend time, have a light lunch, and enjoy the panoramic views. On your way back, you may stop by the natural spring bridge before returning to Skardu for the evening.

Your final morning begins with an early flight from Skardu to Islamabad. Once you arrive, your tour officially concludes leaving you with a collection of memories from mountains, valleys, treks, lakes, and cultural experiences across Northern Pakistan.
