Overview

Hunza is famous for its cherry and Apricot blossom season. In March, April, and May the valley is full of flowers, and the Panoramic view across the Hunza Valleys incorporates three snowcapped peaks over 7,000 meters (Rakaposhi 7788Mtrs and Ultar 7388Mtrs), providing a contrast to the natural environments of Hunza.

The view of Hunza from Karimabad in spring is incredible, though it remains spectacular at any time of the year. Upper Hunza Valley (Gojal) is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy blossom season, it incorporates more than 5 snow caped peaks over 7000 meters, and many peaks below 7000 meters. Blossom in Gojal starts in late March or early April. The best time to visit Hunza for cherry blossom visitors is the end of March or April when the color of the area changes to red, yellow, brown, white, and green.

Cherry Blossom Skardu

Skardu is a breathtaking destination, famous for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. During the cherry and apricot blossom season in March, April, and May, the valley transforms into a paradise of colorful blooms, set against the backdrop of snow-covered peaks. The combination of vibrant pink and white flowers with the towering Karakoram mountains creates a mesmerizing view.

The view of Skardu from Shangrila and Upper Kachura Lake in spring is spectacular, making it one of the best times to visit. The region is surrounded by majestic peaks, including the famous Mashabrum (7,821 meters) and the snow-clad ranges of the Karakoram.

The Skardu blossom season starts in mid-March and lasts till late April, with different parts of the valley blooming at different times.
